I have worked as a psychologist in primary care since 2022 and commonly work with worry, social anxiety or stress. At the beginning of our contact, we will talk about what it is that you want help with and set up a plan. If we decide to start a treatment at Mindler I have a special focus on helping you find what works for you to make you feel better, based on Mindler's CBT programs, and I work with different methods within CBT. Ways to work in a treatment is for example ways to handle worry, acceptance, more balance between work and leisure, ways to handle the things that are difficult and more understanding of yourself. I also work with written feedback in treatment. It is important to me that you feel listened to and understood in our conversations. Welcome to book a first call!
I generally have available times between 8.30-14.20 mondays to fridays. I don't work evenings or weekends.
