Different people have different needs, and I adapt to what you as an individual want to focus on and work with. You don’t need to know yourself what you are seeking help for. My many years of experience allows me to efficiently and accurately identify unclear symptoms and life situations, and how these can be treated. Examples of areas I work with (not limited to these): low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, anger, depression, phobias, overthinking and rumination, addictions, and burnout. I also work with interpersonal challenges, emotion regulation, and relationship issues. I practice active therapy during our sessions. This means that I provide advice, tools, solutions, or exercises to help you improve the situation or condition in which you may have previously felt stuck.
I am available weekdays during office hour. vacation: week 27 & 28.
